SUPER GREEN SOUP recipe

When you are panicking about your skin, it’s feeling all red and inflamed and you’re not sure of your next steps, you need my SUPER GREEN SOUP. This soup is packed full of vitamins A, C and E, Silica and Polyphenols aka all the good stuff.

It is a strong flavour, feels healthy and is calming - just what your skin is asking for.

Ingredients:

Olive oil for cooking

Extra virgin olive oil

1 white onion, chopped

1 head of garlic, chopped

2 cucumbers, chopped

1 avocado, halved with stone removed

1 small bag of spinach

30g basil roughly chopped

30g parsley roughly chopped

30g corrinader roughly chopped

400ml vegetable stock

A generous dash of Himalayan salt

Method:

  1. Saute the onion and garlic with a splash of olive oil for a couple of minutes.

  2. Chop and prep all your raw veggies.

  3. Place everything in a blender or food processor and add salt to taste

  4. Enjoy your SUPER GREEN SOUP!
